In order to involve service-users or their representatives in the commissioning of public services through setting up assessment panels, many Councils and PCTs recognise the need to train panel members and chairpersons to undertake this task.

I provide bespoke training, tailored to local requirements, for such panels – whether they are made up of young people, parents, elected Members or representatives of local voluntary organisations.
